is there a way to recover desktop image??

hi, i managed to delete the orginal picture used as the desktop image, and i was wondering if there is any way of recovering this image as it is a good photo

yeh done that

except its not the original size + the image has been stretched changing the shape

Load regedit and have a look here

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]

"Wallpaper"
"OriginalWallpaper"

Windows Vista/7?

Take a look in C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

My current wallpaper appears to be cahced in there.
