Is there a way to tell whether you are on LLU or not?.

After the info coming to light about the Sky buyout of O2, I'm looking to check my options in case I need to consider moving providers. I'm on a rolling contract so have no tie ins at the moment. However I'm looking at my local exchange and seeing only O2 and TalkTalk as enabled as LLU on it. I'm not sure if I'm on O2 LLU or not, is there a way to tell by looking at my router stats?. I could lift the phone to O2 of course but if it's possible to tell quickly by checking the router that would be good. I'm thinking of moving to BT but I'm not sure what to expect speed wise, currently get about 16 mbps down with O2.

Look at your upstream, it's above 448kbps.

If your ISP has LLU in your area, it's generally safe to assume you're on LLU.

Is there a way to tell whether you are on LLU or not?.
