drag you wallpaper around the screen so that you can get it just right, if you know what I mean? Just like what you can do on Facebook with your cover photo. I'm wondering this as I often use images that are larger than 1920x1080 (my resolutuon) and when I make them my wallpaper I get like the bottom corner of the image as my wallpaper which I'm not interested in.

Tell it to "stretch" to fit the screen? - That goes the other way too, and shrinks it.

You can also set it to "Fit" or "Fill". These are all centred though. If you want to pan, you can open it in paint and drag it around to suit you.

Create a new image set to the same size as your desktop in your favourite photo editing software. Paste your wallpaper into it and just move it around until it is lined up where you want it.
