Is there a website that tells you your max download and upload speeds based on Location?

My broadband contract ends on the last day of January. I want to see if I can get a better deal. I currently have 1GB/sec down and 100MB/sec up and I pay for a static IP address. Oh and they fix things within 12 hours of the report.

I pay £72 for all of that.

If you are limited to Openreach then technically you can get 1Gbps down and 220Mbps up, you just need to find a provider willing to sell it, and you need to be prepared to pay for it because it's an unreasonable price IMO.

Any provider on the 1.8Gbps trial can supply you that product as well, assuming it's available in your exchange area.

And as above, you have the option of altnets if there are any in your area.

Enter your address on: https://order.faelix.net/product/broadband/

It'll return a nicely formatted & easy-to-understand data on what you can actually order along with best-case and worst-case speeds.

It is essentially the same data as https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL but a little more user-friendly and without the fluff that you can't actually order without spending £££
This only appears to show Openreach services though, other full-fibre altnets won't appear on it.
