Is there a windows client that restores clonezilla/rescuezilla images

I wish to restore images made with clonezilla from windows to an SSD connected via USB ( via m-sata adapter or sata adapter) without booting into clonezilla or rescuezilla (because it is a pain, especially with all the secure/protected boot **** going on these days).
Is this possible? To run a win32 application that handles those image formats?

Basically point it to image repository, select image, select target drive, go...
