Is there a windows utility that can extract files out of a self extracting zip file?

I've tried 7zip, but it doesn't recognise the file.

The .exe was originally made with winzip.

All I need to do is extract some driver files... :/

was it an old version of 7zip or something?

this can extract tons of files.. including wim, doc, chm's!

I was using it wrong, I tried 7zip after and it worked as well...

It is. I was staggered that it couldn't handle a file. But makes sense if it was an older version.
