Is there an iOS app that records video and streams/stores to the cloud?

Just wondering if anyone knows of an IOS app that can be used like the built in camera for recording video but at the same time can upload the stream via 3G to the cloud, storing it there.

Its for use when the police are stopping drivers and then man handling their phones from them for examination and accidentally deleting any recording made just prior.

Thankfully not for myself but a few people I know.

I can honestly say I have never seen this happen :/

I am sure they have got more important things to do instead of man handling phones and deleting videos
 
I think the Ustream app may do what you're looking for, although not exactly intended for this purpose.

Edit: Might not be of much use if they're taking the phones, since you can delete the broadcast via the app.

Tell them to lock the freaking phone? :p
 
Ill post the video of whats just happened once its cleared by the lawyers to do so but what it shows is pretty much the worst cop vs member of the public video Ive ever seen where the cop tries to reach in the window to take the phone because he has not consented to being recorded, cant because the window is not down enough, goes to open the door, its locked, then pulls his baton our to smash the window of the car in before his partner reaches in to grab him and stop.
