Is there any app that's like Windows Image Viewier?

Is there any app like the Windows Image Viewer? I hare the Preview App in Mac OS X, but I can't go the next image or the previous image. I know I can press Space bar ,when an image is selected, and go to the next photo my pressing the right key, but it stops when after couple of images, and then I have to press the down arrow to see other photos. I hate this. It's incredibly stupid. I prefer Windows Image Viewer. Are there any apps out there, that is similar to that.

Set view in Finder as list (cmd-2) then Space bar and scroll through everything only with down/up arrows.

Set view in Finder as Columns (cmd-3) then adjust preview window to what you are comfortable with and navigate with down/up arrows

Set view in Finder as Cover Flow (cmd-4) then adjust cover window to what you are comfortable with and navigate with left/right arrows

Highlight all images in Finder, right click - open with - Preview, then navigate with up/down arrows

I just select/highlight all the pictures you want to view, then press spacebar. You can then switch through them all with the left/right keys

You can try ApolloOne. From its screenshots on iTunes, it seems that this tool meets your needs.
