For Vista 64, something like rivatuner or ATI tray tools, seems most have not got the signed drivers sorted.
Is there any app to control gfx cards.

Riva Tuner works fine in Vista 64, what you need to do is install RT, reboot when done, uninstall RT then reinstall, believe it or not this gets the drivers etc fully working

Edit/ Just looked into the Graphics section and there is a new version of ATi tools that is 64bit supported http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17809376
