Is there any budget big-screen 4KHDTV that still uses IPS?

So I'm in the process of buying a 4K HDTV, but anything over 47" seems to be VA. I wanted to buy a Samsung UE55AU7100 but it's also VA. Even LG TVs over 47" are VA panel.

I thought panasonic still do IPS?
