Is there any kind of discreet photographers body strap/sheath/sash that can hold a spare lens?

It's a tough question to phrase correctly, but what I am looking for is some sort of discreet strap/sheath/sash that is specially designed to hold a lens that I can then use to quickly whip out and change lenses while still looking respectable?

I have searched Amazon and all I can find are large vests that look like something you would take on a safari. I am looking for something specifically designed to hold a lens close to my body that slips over my shoulder(s) to provide an up to 85mm lens or so held snugly and securely at my side and looks as discreet as possible in a studio.

Anyone please have any ideas if this kind of thing exists?

While a lot of it is military (also get running, motorcycle, etc. variants) looking might be something along the lines of a drop leg pack that is suitable depending on what kind of accessibility you need.

Seen photographers using a dump pouch on a leg rig before for that kind of use.

Personally I just put it in my messenger bag, if I want protection I’ll put it in one of those lens pouches that the L-glass comes in. It won’t be quick in swapping but it is discrete, as discrete as holding a camera in your hand going to look.

Just watched this, most amusing. Seems like the Cotton Carrier system (without the vest) at 4:35 is the most discreet belt holder I saw in the video. PS watch from 5:25-6:10... very funny little speech.

I would buy that vest stuff for a safari though, looks extremely practical.
