Hey guys

Seen the MSI 3080 Seahawk X for sale for around £1150-1200.
But also ocuk have the zotac trinity OC for £1130

Would the MSI with the AIO be the better card for the extra £70?

I plan on building in a Lian li 011D mini, and using a AIO for a 5600x also.

Any AIO GPU cooled users here? Are they worth the extra outlay?

Thanks

I've always liked the AIO cards the AIB's produce. And instead of full water cooling loops my rigs are an AIO for CPU and one for GPU. I've also added the NZXT AIO to cards such as the 1080ti.

I have that OC trinity and it's a bit loud. Out of the box boosts to 1900+Mhz. Zotac has 5yr warranty.

I'd still go for the seahawk - though the prices sting a bit as I paid £850 for my Zotac OC in October and the Zotac is noisy compared to all my AIO cards. If you have an aircooled CPU in your case I'd also plump for the AIO.

I Usually add 2 more fans to the AIO's for push/pull for lower temps and lower fan rpm's.

Actually neither - I'd be on the alerts for the FE cards and get a FE 3080ti for that money. MAybe you have been and the extra £500 for these is easily affordable for you. £500 could get you another 'want' though. Gonna need it round xmas with toy shortages looming if you have kids.

Hope you get whichever one soon. 3080's/6800XT's + are very powerful cards.
