Is there any native 1T DDRII memory around?

It's more of a motherboard chipset issue than RAM, as far as I'm aware Intel chipsets do not support 1T at all. The 680i boards do.

As for RAM, each type will be different but if you get more than 450MHz (900MHz DDR) you're doing well.

Thinking of getting rid of my corsair pc8500 (which does 3-3-3-10 @ 1T @ 700)

and going to 4GB of this Crucial Aniversary stuff... looks like damn impressive memory - someone getting 1000 @ 3-4-3! I don't mind laxing back to 2T for those timings!
