Is there any need for this forum category?

Obviously there is a need for the forum, if not, it wouldn't be here. Its as pointless as your decision to make a post about it.... as is mine now :P
 
Hardly.. what is the need, other than to allow people to post random crap to test (their signature?) or namechanges. Why don't people just post a genuine topic or reply to a post, and check it there?

My decision was hardly pointless, I was merely asking a question.
