Is there any software that tells temps while in game?

You know how fraps gives you your fps while you play a game I'd like something that tells me my cpu and gpu temps while playing games so I can see how my PCs handling things. Dose such a peice of software exist?

Nvidia ntune, coretemp, and tat all do logs so you can view it afterwards (coretemp and tat only for cpu). Havent heard of any while in the game apart from keyboards with lcd displays that have software that support it - think the g15 does it

I havent heard of any but you can get software that displays your temps on a seperate display ie on the LCD of a G15 keyboard.

I guess it would be best if I buy one of them things that go in a floppy or CDrom bay that has an LED display but first do they support gpu temps as well as cpu?

Depends on what you buy. Get the software base ones rather than the temp probes as the probes never get good contact unless you put them between core and cooler and then you get crap cooling
