Is there any way to browse the net on my PDA using a mobile?

Hi ,

I have a Dell x51v PDA and a nokia 6680 phone on O2, is there any way to browse the internet on the pda using the 3G connection on the phone? there is the bluetooth modem option but i dont want to dial up as that will be very expensive

not sure as I can't test this until I get to a 3g area, however, setup the bluetooth modem and use the follwing dial codes:

*99# for GPRS (youll need the access point name for the network your using)

and I understand that it's *99***3# (could be *9***3# though!) for 3g but I haven't a 3g signal at the moment. If you download the latest nokia phone manager, you can use the internet tool and browse the XML file which should give you the gateway's for each network if you're unsure.

thanks got it to work

The GPRS number auto switches to 3G if 3G is avaliable.

It seemed to be downloading too fast for it not to be 3G
