Is there any way to stop all the crap starting when vista loads - msn etc

I notice my PC takes a while to load up as it has to load msn messenger as well as quite a few other programs.

Any way to stop them loading up when vista loads ??

type "msconfig" into run, a window will open up and allow you to choose your startup options
