Is there anything better for me than Acronis?

I run a small business and I am currently the only employee with everything being computerised so need a rock solid backup solution which is fully automated. I've done some research and the best option looks to be Acronis Trur Image 2013 but I'll list my requirements and any advice appreciated.

1 laptop to backup, approx 20gb currently. Majority of files MS Office based but do have a couple of databases etc
Backup to local USB or NAS HDD
Offsite backup option essential, UK based to adhere to UK data laws.
Fully automated if possible
Ideally real time as the laptop is taken home from the office on an evening so overnight backup not possible.

Emails and calendar are hosted with Office 365 so don't need to do anything with them I don't think?

I noticed on the Acronis site that there is a migration add-on that allows you, from what I can tell, to restore a full image backup to a new computer should the old one die?

Many thanks for any help.

Crashplan perhaps, think it would backup to ireland though for UK. If you got more than one computer you can back up between them also.

I'm going to assume that both your office and your home has broadband or similar... couldn't you have 2 nas's (I'd say ones with raid for peace of mind), 1 at each location and then sync them up, synology devices should do this. It would likely work out cheaper than any online 'backup' service in the long run and would probably be the safest option too.

I've been using bvckup (it's free so take a look at it) to sync files between pc and 'backup' drive and it works fine, should work with mapped folders but I've never tried if I'm honest. It doesn't keep backing up every file only those that have changed and it is pretty much real time.

As to the 'pc image' you could do that using windows built in one....

Had a quick look at synology nas and they appear to have 'time machine' type backup options so this might be the way to go for most of it, they definitely can back up to another nas (at the bottom) and backup from a pc. You could use vpn (on some synology devices or router) if you want pure point to point security too
