Is there anyway i check my own credit rating/scores

As title...when you go for loans etc they always say they need to check for your credit rating/score before they past a loan/credit..

Is there anyway i can check myself to see what my credit rating/score is ???


And something see explain what this is or how it works ??

Says it will take about 2 days to confirm some my details...

Experian do a free 30 day trial but be sure to cancel it after the 30 days or you'll get charged

Is it easy to cancel ??

It is but they tend not to answer the phone so it's best to do it via email
