is there anyway to make 32 bit xp read full 4 gigs of ram as my sound card does not work 64bit version and some games have problems to ?

source engine game specially counter strike source i use 8800gts g92 low fps.

well the story is was everything fine when i had 2900xt but then i thought it got broken as before christmas i started got low fps like 30-50, other games was fine. so got 8800gts g92 and has same problem i get 50 -60 fps in some maps low as 40 some people say its some fps bug. it use to be high 100 -200+ before.
now it looks really strange as cod4 more demanding game and i get more fps.

edit: and sound card does not work at 64 bit its x-fi gamer
