Is there away to stop

The majority of the time when i shut my pc down i get messages "this program is preventing windows from shutting down" is there away to prevent this other than not turning the pc on

Does it shut down after a short period of showing that message or get stuck until you click shut down anyway?

it does shut down after maybe 2 mins longer, bit anal are'nt i

Does it tell you what "this program" is?

9 times out 10 it's poxy steam
