I believe it is a £10 limit but remember some people may be using promo codes etc.

I did Secret Santa a few years ago and probably went a fiver over.

It's a £10 minimum spend (not inc postage/packaging)
and "as a guide" a £15 maximum spend (not inc postage/packaging)
though some do tend to spend a little extra, that's up to them, there are no prizes for who can spend the most
