Is there no way you can up the voltage with graphics cards ?

I no all overclocking is done with in windows to overclock a graphics card but is there no way you can overclock a graphics card like a CPU and up the voltage so you can overclock it even more ?

Or wouldnt upping the voltage on a GC make any kind of diffrence when it somes to overclocking it ?
