is there something that can connect to mobile phone data then transmit over the house

hello
wondered if i could hook up to my phone data then transmit over the house through the mains maby?
i know in the past there have been repeters that use a mains ring to repete not sure whats available,
cant aford broadband and my phone doesnt work all over the house

A WiFi repeater/ range extender can do this.

cant seem to find one that a mobile phone can connect to have you a link?
