Is there something worng with my card?

I was playing Battlefield 2 and the graphics kept messing up like this.

Is that something to do with my card? It's a GeForce 7800 GTX (not overclocked). I wasn't over heating as it was only at 50C.

Yes first time anything like this has happened. Only had it a week though.

That sort of thing is typical of damaged RAM on the card, though it could also be a driver issue, so it might be worth trying a different driver to see if it makes any difference.

If the RAM was damaged then wouldn't it being doing this sort of thing all the time in all games? I just tried Farcry and it was playing fine....

Btw I've never overlclocked it.

Not necessarily, different games stress different areas of your system. It could be that BF2 pushes your GPU RAM too far.

I had this problem when i had incompatible drivers on my old 9600se, use drivercleaner to eradicate the drivers off your system then install a different set.
