I get those Artifacts if i have not enough volts on my GPU when overclocking.
See if you can add some volts
Could give it a go. But surely VDDC 1.25v MVDDC 1.6v is plenty for 934/1262MHZ?
I'm not even overclocking manually it's just the "boost" or "iTurbo" feature kicking in. I've no doubt people run much higher clock speeds with that same voltage.
Here's the afterburner monitor during a a game of battlefield with everything at stock clocks and voltages.

I've since lowered my voltage. It must have stayed that high from when I a high overclock and when I reset the clocks I thought it was resetting the volts too but they stayed the same.
