I tried Prime95 on custom settings on my PC and I checked the task manager. It says 94% CPU usage and my frequency downgraded to 3.5Ghz from 4GHZ stock.

I also realized my PC restarts. It's not a BSOD. If it was, it would have stayed on the BSOD screen since I unchecked automatically restart under system failure menu.

I updated all my of drivers to Windows 8 drivers.

I also heard from someone it's that it has to do with the Power Phase Design.

This is my custom setting.

Toture test settings:
Min FFT size(in K) 128
Max FFT size(in K) 5000
Memory (in MB) to use 6000

Here are my Pc sepcs

CPU: AMd FX 8350 4GHZ ( Stock, not overclocked)
GPU: AMD 6870 (not overclocked)
RAM: 8GB Corsair Dual Channel
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
PSU: XFX 450W
Samsung 830 128GB SSD
500GB Wester Digital
OS: Windows 8

Thanks for the reply, guys. Yes I did update all BIOS. Mmj_uk, I have FX 8350 at 4Ghz. Lol, I'm looking at the box as I'm typing this.

Funny thing is, this only happens in Windows 8, not Windows 7. I tried on Windows 7 and there is not restarting, BSOD. Task Manager on Windows 7 says my CPU is in 100% use.
