is there somewhere that explains bios options?

hi. so think gpu issue is solved and as ive got a corsair H80 coming i plan to be doing a little overclocking on my fx6300.

ive seen some overclocking guides that say set this to this and that to that, then others that say the opposite but none of then seem to say just what these options do. since no where seems to explain what they do i feel like im just randomly hitting buttons.

is there anywhere that does? oh and its an asus mobo ive got.

hi, i have had a look at the manual but im afraid it doesnt explain what things are. it just tells you xyz, this allowes you to change xyz but it doesnt explain quite what xyz is and what difference changing from one option to another actually makes.

thanks for that but its all a bit out of date. much of the mobo settings on mine are still all unexplained.

Just Google this mate. "Asus motherboard bios options explained " open the 2nd one down with UEFI in the title, I don't want to post a link just in case mate. But there is pages of answers there mate.
