Is there such a thing as a battery powered wireless webcam?

A customer has part of a garden that he wishes to monitor (a small chicken hut), that will be moved around the garden from time to time, and has tasked me with finding an IP camera that will allow him to view the camera over the web. It is not possible to bring power to the camera's location, and the camera is within range of his wireless network.

Is there such a thing as a battery-powered outdoor camera, with a long enough battery life to be viable, that can connect to a wireless network to allow live video streaming? The nearest thing I can find is VueZone (http://www.vuezone.com/), from the US, but it's indoor-only.

Laws requires certain wireless transmitters stay indoors. I think they will work near outside though. An old computer with extension lead and long ethernet cable if needed is probably cheaper
