I need to attach a heatsink to some Integrated Circuits.
In a perfect work I would prefer to use AS Epoxy from Overclockers but unfortunately they would insist on charging me £5.60 p&p for it. It goes against my nature to pay more in P&P than for the product (especially a product so small and light).
An alterantive option is to use thermal tape which I can get easily and cheaply.
Generally is it okay to use tape - obviously the thermal conductance of the epoxy is better but how much of a difference does it make.
