I don't need a mounting kit for the cooler right? My main priority is it being quiet.
I just need 32gb non-rgb memory that's compatible, I'm not overclocking.

That Patriot Viper has actually also faster latencies than Corsair kit.
And would consider Shadow Rock also better cooler with its looser fin stack working better with low fan speeds and no doubt better fan.
Noctua's bundled fan has crappy restless sound signature because of marketing BS design.
