Is this a bottleneck or not?

Alright, would my CPU or RAM be a bottleneck@1080p in this config?:

Stock ATi Radeon HD4850 512mb
Athlon X2 5000+ (old version, Windsor I think?) @2.6ghz
Samsung F3 500Gb
3gb PC2-5300 CheapoRAM
CX400W

Some people tell me it won't be a bottleneck at all, some say I am severely limited by the CPU and RAM. What gives

Should be fine, I run my HTPC with a E2200 and 4gb of Corsair ram and this run 1080p Blu-Ray & MKV files fine.

Yeah, I can't see there being an issue.
I can play 1080p on a P4 (no HT) and 1GB of RAM with Vista.

Sorry I shoulda been more specific, I meant more gaming at 1080p thanks for the replies so far
