That's not any ATX PSU but just auxiliary 12V PSU and can't replace having quality PSU.
Your PC will have peak draw of about 350W and if your PSU is some time bomb crapola which can't handle it getting that won't make it any safer.

It wont power my whole system ?

I suppose i could use it just for the 2 4850's.
My current PSU is a Trust 550W, I doubt if it would keep 2 4850's running for long.

Trust PSUs are crap.
When there isn't any real info about them available you should be treating it like high activity nuclear waste.
