Is THIS a driver problem?

Hi guys,

Set up my new PC a while ago, together with a 4850 512mb. Installed the latest 8.11 drivers but I seem to get a problem solely with CoD4 Multiplayer. Sometimes after 5, or 55, minutes the whole computer seems to crash and I have to manually restart. This happens with NO other game (Dead Space, CoD4 SP, CoD2) that I've played.

Could this be a driver problem? Any suggestions as to what to do guys?

Try an older diver, see if it still happens.

try running a more demanding application like 3d mark vantage on repeat for the gpu tests only for an hour. If you dont get the same crash there then i would *imagine* that it is a driver problem/or a problem with a corruption of that specific game. Mind you im not the best at this kind of thing so i may be wrong..

Go to ati download site where you got the 8:11 towards bottom of page you should see a link to older drivers.
