Well an Ultra Kaze @ 1000rpm can manage 52.97cfm but a Gentle Typhoon @ 1150rpm manages 37cfm.
So i'ld say it's reasonable but not ground breaking. Also if you're shopping for a new fan look up a test to see what the actual CFM is, it's quite often lower than the rated level.
sounds pretty basic to me. However, do yoou really need the extra cooling power from a better fan or will it just be added noise? thats the question you need to answer
Basically, what I need is a quiet 120mm fan that moves quite a lot of air. I have the Lancool K62 and my temps have risen since moving from the Antec 300 with two 120mm fans on the front and I am installing a venomous x soon so I want slightly better airflow to my CPU heatsink and my GPU.
