no you dont need 1000w.

850w is fine.

Without a price it is hard to say anything, but they're fine for pretty much all games @ 1080p or 1440p.

850w is enough, I have a 850w PSU for the PC in my sig. Won't bottle neck.

Yes, but this is a "how long is a piece of string" type question because bottlenecks are inevitable and they depend on the game, the age/type of game and how you plan on playing it (e.g. settings and resolution).

If you tell us exactly what you're planning to do with the PC and what your budget is, we can suggest the best parts for your usage, but spit balling PC parts from what I assume are used PCs will just get you vague answers like "yeah it'll be fine" or "nope, don't buy it".

750w would probably be fine, but 850w is what I'd go for. I run a RX 6800, and a 13600k with a 650w with no issues.
