Is this a good cooler??

hey, thinkin about water cooling and want to hear the opinion u guys have..if any...on this cooler WaterChill Power CPU Cooling Kit - Dual 120mm Radiator/Fans (03-L-1309) (WC-037-VP)

its only a cpu water cooler im after but them ones look pretty damn good!

tbh i have no idea about water cooling, ive always stuck to air..but recently i got the ASUS Deluxe Crossfier board and my cpu temps went sky high, although this could be a dodgy sensor but a 15c jump in board when i switched boards is worryin. at present the cpu sits at 43 idle and anout 48 load, shes an AMD 4600+ clocked to 2.7 on 1.375v and rock solid. so if a kit is better then ill go with that but like i say, its only the cpu i want water chilled!!
