Is this a good deal?

I'm guessing the actual soundcard is the oem version, but even so, I'd be tempted to sell the speakers on as well so I'd be getting the card for around £32 after that. Is this a good deal? I've been out of the loop about soundcards for a while now.

I would say so, the card on it's own retails for £80, and the speakers for £50, so your saving a bit of cash

That card can be bought from a UK online retailer for £65 inc vat, brand new, in stock.

Shows a boxed X-Fi and no mention of OEM. You probably won't get the full £50 for the speakers if you sell them, assuming you're thinking about ebay, and the X-Fi XM can be picked up quite a bit cheaper than the £82 OcUK sell it at, but yeah still looks like a good deal.
