No SM3.0 wouldn't bother with it, like the people say go with a 7600 for a little more.

Depends which games you play tbh, it is still a perfectly able card that will easily outperform 7600GT in non SM3.0 games.

first off since no one asked is it agp or pci-e

if its agp its not a bad deal but pci-e no chance
