Seen this for £950 (TV) and £600 (Stand) so it seems about £100 too much. Same goes for the other one, but it is £300 cheaper.

I would buy the second TV, a stand and a separate speaker set up personally. You could probably get a lot higher quality audio for £500 leaving a couple hundred for a good stand.

Have seen the 40d3000 around £942. Stand just isnt worth it - shop around for better.

The w2000 is old tech and IMHO, if you are paying this sort of money for a TV, get the best you can.

I can't tell you as they sell computers too, so it'd be a competitor.
for some reason it comes as £545 all in and not the £495.97 it states on google?

are you in a tight spot with it / don't want speakers / cables about? :

"The good news is that it works. We've just watched a couple of Blu-ray movie clips and were suitably impressed. One was a big chase from Into The Blue. As the boats raced past the screen, you really could hear them roaring behind you, although overall things sounded a little more processed than usual."

not exactly a rave review, but if needs must :)

i see the RHT G 800 yesterday and it looks and sounds great and its a stand also so kills to birds one stone and no i dont fancy cables everywhere.
good thing is with sony you get 5 years cover for tv and the stand is 2 years
so i think its good deal, yea ive seen tv's cheaper but as soon as you add 5 years cover then its same price.
