Hi! From a recent thread, I was told my PC needs positive air pressure, meaning that more air flows into my PC than out. The reason I need this is because my case is pure, uncoated metal and therefore absorbs all heat from my GTX 970. Noise isn't a huge issue for me, unless it's loud enough to keep you awake from the next room. I was looking at this one but it seems very overkill (and loud for that matter)

What do you recommend?

Uncoated metal doesn't absorb anywhere near all the heat from any graphics card, besides I'd have thought that if it did transfer away heat it would be a good thing as it moves heat from inside to outside.

Maybe turn a fan or two

Have front, bottom fans intake. Rear, top exhaust. If you have more exhaust than intake, turn one around, slow it down or remove.
