Is this a good gaming laptop?

My brother is after a laptop for around £750 that's capable of gaming and he's asked me if the HP Victus 16-d0065na is any good. It has an Intel® Core™ i5-11400H and a 3050Ti but i've never been a laptop guy myself so I dont really know is those specs are good for the price or if it's capable of running AAA games are usable frame rates.

If advice/suggestions would be most welcome.
