Is this a good mobo to replace my MicroATX?

Upgrading as I want more PCI slots, more RAM slots and better overclocking capabilities. Please give your opinions and comments, I don't wish to have DDR3 or spend any more than that. Thanks.

What chip? And make sure your case can fit larger than mATX boards.

Its the correct chip LGA775 (Q8300).
And the M59 supports ATX.

Thanks for the link, I have actually looked at that mobo before, but for the extra price it doesn't seem worth it. The layout of the power connector also wouldn't be good for me.

Well if i'm not much mistaken that's a 45nm chip, and they overclock way better on the P45 chipset than the P35.
