Looks like a bog standard 23in 16:9 TN panel monitor to me. How much warranty do you get and how what is the price you're getting it for?
It should be perfectly adequate for playing Videos and games - however I would heavily suggest looking at this instead - it is so much better (here is a review).
Edit: Just read this and realised it doesn't support HDCP - so you can't play blu-rays on it (unless you use the analogue connector). Maybe not a deal-breaker, but certainly not a good start.
Only £115 shipped. Didn't really want to be spending as much as that dell costs, though it does look nice. I can't find any details on the warranty, here's the link though:
Looks like a basic, one year warranty. I'm pretty wary of these monitors - you really want something which you can hold the manufacturer to. If it goes pop after 1year 1 day of use, you need to spend another £115 on a new monitor.
With this in mind, I think it's worth looking at a slightly more expensive monitor with a better warranty. For example, Dell monitors have great warranty which lasts for 3 years.
