Is this a good overclock?

Im using a 2500k on a p8z77-v deluxe with a h60 cooling unit. i ran intel burn test succesfully (10 times) and 30 minutes of prime 95, also went through heaven / dx11 succesfully

This is after running prime95 for 28 mins, is it safe to run 4.7gig at 1.35v for 24/7 use?

No try harder 5.0 must be reached.

On a serious note it depends what you want and what the setup can achieve.

You could keep pushing to see the limit then that would be a "good" overclock.

looks pretty good I would be very happy with that at those voltages.
