Is this a good spec for a SFF build?

I am trying to encourage my friends who are tired of their slow laptop to go with a nice SFF build. It would be used as a family computer, although games such as the Sims may be played, no real gaming will be happening here. I am just looking to build a fast, responsive PC for family use for not much more than emails and surfing.

I put together a system here, let me know if you think it is suitable:

Cheers!

Damn, just realised I am using duel channel RAM, should be able to sort something out. Do you think one of those Kingston 30Gb SSDs would be worthwhile for this build?

Nothing wrong with dual channel, its what the i3 uses.

and 30GB wont hold much, a SSD should be 60GB minimum.

Oh, I thought all Intel was tri-channel. AMD man myself so not something I would really know- although I think in this instance Intel would provide much better results than AMD.

Would 30Gb not be enough to hold Windows? Just looking for something that is pretty responsive, although I will probably stick with a HDD.

Depending on what resolution and what settings you plan on playing the Sims at, I'd get a low dedicated card as well. The onboard is good for 1080p playback and that's it.
