I am also considering the Asus MW221U monitor, a good choice?

The setup would be for games, with a little image and camcorder manipulation

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

that is a ncie set up should easily play all games out there at the mo to a high standard

dont know anything about the monitor tyhough. looks nice

Ive got the 19inc Screen from ASUS and it is fantastic
