Is this a graphics problem?

I thought I had a bent pin but i've checked and there's no sign of one. It only happened this morning when I put my old sound card in my new system, but surely that wouldn't cause this mess.

Really? You can't see it? No blurryness? Remeber that thread in GD when people were MS painting each others sigs, it looks like the desktop has been blurred and MS painted.

I can't boot in safe mode. I'm pressing F8 but it keeps booting windows normally.

Remember this is the monitor, not the actual quality of the camera!





It's absolutely fine in games though, it's just the desktop it occurs.

I'm running the Cat's 6.8's. I have had them on a couple of weeks. Shall I re-do them?

Tried a 1280x1024 at 75 hertz, exactly the same problem. Is it time for me to get with the times with a 19" TFT?

Same thing, it's not just the desktop. Even on these boards. Here's roughly what i'm seeing.

That's just a rough guess with MS paint because you can't see what I can.

Right, i've just recieved a Hyundai Imagequest B91D and i've still got the same problem. The colours are still off on the desktop and on t'internet, but fine in games. Think i'll roll back to cats 6.7's.

Oh, I thought it might have been my old Creative sound card that I put in that caused it (it happened straight after) but that's made no difference.

Ok, used driver cleaner and uninstalled the 6.8's and bingo, everything's back the way it should be! Really love this new Hyundai 19" though!
