I've built a new PC for a relative but am really struggling with it.
Spec is:

Intel Core i7-3770K 3.50GHz (Ivybridge)
Asus HD 7870 DirectCU
Crucial RealSSD M4 256GB
Antec 1200 Twelve Hundred
Asus P8Z77-M Pro Intel Z77
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 850W V2 1 £91.66
GeIL Black Dragon 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3
Thermalright Silver Arrow SB E Extreme

I've been struggling with BSOD on Windows 7 since assembling it. I've tried different media and different versions of W7 but still get BSODs with following errors:
pci.sys
ntoskrnl.exe
watchdog.sys

I'm uploading photo's of my nirsoft bluescreen view logs.

Can anyone suggest if I'm looking at a hardware issue or something else? The kit was all new from OcUK.

I'm tearing my hair out!

It happens at different times. Sometimes at the desktop during boot, sometimes after a launch any program, sometimes after hours of use. It is seemingly random.
It was a fresh install, and I have tried different media/versions.
I've tried with swapping the RAM and running with only one in different configurations.
No missing files, and I've tried startup repair and using the system upgrade readiness tool.
Memtest runs endlessly and intel burn test doesn't force a reboot.
