Is this a memory error

Just built my new machine everything seemed to be ok until this evening, now when ever I try and install a programe I get the message that source file is corrupted tried numerous games and it happens on all of them but tied a small programe no more than 7mb in size and it installed with out a problem. Anyone have any ideas as im at a loss.

Try using one RAM stick at a time and see if you can install then.

ok tried with both sticks 1 at a time still get the problem also tried the ms mem test bootable cd passed all tests in that too, so even more at a loss now

Try lowering your overclock to see if that is causing issues.

Taken it right back to stock still getting the issues, just let memtest86 run for 30 minutes as well all passed

Where are you getting the source files from? disc or download? could be a faulty cd/dvd reader or a problem with your internet not downloading the full files, see if you can MD5 check any downloaded ones.
